During his 25 years in research, Fred has conducted numerous
surveys and focus groups, specializing in studies for local governments and
candidates for local, state and national offices. He is especially skilled in
designing surveys that identify messages that will resonate with voters, and
are keys to successful political campaigns.
Prior to his affiliation with WestGroup, Fred was a Vice
President at Forde and Mollrich, a political consulting firm in Newport Beach, California.
His specialties include strategic planning, polling, focus group research,
statistical analysis, message testing, video production, and public outreach.
Fred's personal approach and attention to detail ensure that each client's
project is managed thoroughly and efficiently. Fred lives and works primarily
in Orange County, California,
where he is also a professor of political science at Chapman University.
Fred received his B.A degree from the State University of
New York, College at Fredonia; his M.A. degree from the University of Texas at
Austin; and his Ph.D. in political science from Indiana University. He also
attended the Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research at
the University of
Michigan.
